2. Booking & Payment

• A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Because of high demand, all reservations are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
• Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
• Bohemian Kea is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website’s functionality or security.

7. Changes to Terms
