Beach
& the cove.

Tucked away on a secluded stretch of the Aegean Sea, our private beach is a sanctuary of tranquility and beauty reserved exclusively for our guests

THE ISLAND

Kéa is the closest island to Athens — and the one no one finds.

The water shimmers in shades of turquoise so vivid you might believe you’ve stepped into a dream. Here, the horizon melts into the endless blue, the only soundtrack being the gentle lapping of the waves and the soft rustle of the island breeze.

Our pristine shoreline is lined with handcrafted umbrellas and plush lounge chairs, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Whether you choose to bask in the warm Greek sun, seek shade with a good book, or simply close your eyes and let the sea air wash over you, every moment here feels suspended in time. For couples, the intimacy of the setting creates the perfect backdrop for romance — morning swims hand in hand, sunset toasts, and moonlit strolls by the shore.

III. The private cove

Pebbles, tamarisk,
water no one else finds.

The cove sits one hundred steps below the villas, reached by a path cut into the rock. Sunbeds are set each morning and removed each evening. The sea does the rest.
