What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is also subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with the front desk. Additional charges may apply for late departures.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included in all standard room rates. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the main dining area. Our buffet includes a variety of hot and cold options such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, fruits, cereals, juices, and fresh coffee. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are also available upon request.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer free high-speed wireless internet throughout the villas and common areas. This includes all guest rooms, the lobby, restaurant, and meeting spaces. Upon check-in, you will receive your Wi-Fi login details. If you experience any connectivity issues during your stay, our front desk team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, we provide complimentary on-site parking for all guests. Our secure parking area is located adjacent to the villas and can accommodate both standard vehicles and larger cars. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Valet parking is not available at this time, but assistance with luggage can be arranged upon arrival.

Are pets allowed?

We understand that pets are part of the family and do allow them.

Do you have an airport shuttle service?

Yes, we offer a convenient airport shuttle service to and from the nearest international airport. The shuttle operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The service is available for a nominal fee and includes luggage assistance. Please provide your flight details when booking the shuttle to ensure timely pickup.

Can I cancel my booking for free?

No, all bookings are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards and cash. For online reservations, we also support PayPal and bank transfer options. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in for incidentals. Business invoices and company billing can be arranged in advance upon request.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we offer room service daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The in-room dining menu includes a selection of breakfast items, main courses, snacks, desserts, and beverages. To place an order, simply dial the room service extension from your in-room phone. Additional service charges may apply. Menus are available in each room, and staff are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions where possible.
